Outrigger began competing in the AVP First beach volleyball tournaments with its junior women in 2017, and is now competing in the AVP American and AAU beach volleyball tournaments in Hawaii and on the Mainland. The girls compete in the 12, 14, 16 and 18 age brackets, as well as some women’s open events. The girls are coached by former beach volleyball pro Lia Young Hunt and Michelle Luxton.
